Appointments can be made by visiting or calling one of our Freestanding stores or we also provide the option for you to make the appointment online. Click here to be taken to our Online Appointment Booking system.

If you are more than 15 minutes late for an appointment, the M·A·C Store may ask for the booked appointment to be rescheduled.

If your appointment is at a M·A·C Freestanding store location and you booked the appointment through the Online Appointment Booking tool, you can cancel or modify the appointment through the booking system. Should you have booked the appointment over the phone or in person, please contact the store to modify or cancel your appointment.

We recommend attending the appointments with a clean fresh face, as these appointments will require application of your base with skincare and foundation plus have your eyes and lips completed. If you have makeup on when you arrive at your appointment, your Artist will remove the makeup at beginning of your appointment, which may reduce the application time of new makeup on your face.

We recommend speaking to a M·A·C Artist regarding your request to see if the Service type that you are looking for can be completed by the Artist.

As we continue to prioritise the health and safety of our employees and customers, we have implemented operational changes and increased safety measures in-store. We are following all local guidelines and taking extra precautions.
